How can you help children in your region?
Did you know that to date the Fondation maman Dion has lent a helping hand to 15 221 children throughout Quebec, preparing them for the coming school year?
Equipped with the right tools, each child begins the school year with pride, confident in his or her potential for success.
You can have a positive impact on his/her life, on your community, and across Quebec.
You may select the school or the city where your donation will be used to help a child, though one of the following options:

GIVE BY PHONE: You can make a one-time donation, a monthly contribution, a gift in Memory, or a planned gift (such as a legacy contribution or gift in your will) by contacting the Foundation directly on 450 585 3466 or our toll-free number 1 866 430 3466.
Each contribution to the Fondation maman Dion makes a big difference to the life of an under-privileged child.
Here’s how:
Give a pencil case
$10: Give a pencil case full of pencils, a eraser, a calculator, and scissors, of $20 in value.
Give two t-shirts and a pair of trousers
$20: Give two t-shirts and a pair of pants, of $40 in value.
Give a school bag, lunch box, and a pencil case
$50: Give a school bag, a lunch box, a pencil case, a box of marker pens, pens, pencils, highlighters, a ruler, a calculator, a geometry kit, scissors, and a pencil sharpener, of $100 in value.
Give sports kit, two sweaters, two pairs of pants and a school bag
$75: Give sports kit (appropriate top and pants), two sweaters, two pair of pants and a school bag, of $200 in value.
Give a school bag full of supplies
$100: Give a school bag and all essential school materials for a child’s return to school, worth $200.
Dress a child for their return to school
$100: Give a child 8 items of clothing required for their return to school; of $200 in value.
Give 8 items of clothing and school supplies
$200: Give all necessary clothing and school supplies, of $400 in value.
Help a child go back to school with everything he or she needs
$250: Give a full ‘back to school’ kit of $475 in value that includes: a school bag filled with school materials, a pair of glasses, and the necessary clothing for the start of the academic year.
